These Terms of Research Use govern access to the Atlas Forged Labs website and the purchase, possession, and use of materials distributed through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1 // Research-Only Classification
All materials offered by Atlas Forged Labs are classified and sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory research. They are not offered as medicines, approved drug products, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or veterinary products and are not intended for human or animal administration, diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of disease.
2 // Purchaser Representations
You represent that you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement, are at least 18 years old, will obtain and use materials only for lawful research purposes, and have the training, facilities, controls, and authorizations appropriate to the work. You are responsible for determining and complying with all laws, institutional requirements, import restrictions, and safety obligations applicable to your location and research.
3 // Prohibited Uses
You may not use, sell, transfer, promote, or direct any AFL material for human consumption, self-administration, clinical use, veterinary use, food use, cosmetic use, household use, or any unlawful purpose. You may not remove or obscure research-use labeling or represent AFL materials as approved therapeutic products.
4 // No Medical or Technical Warranty
Website content is provided for catalog identification, documentation access, order support, and general research handling. It is not medical advice, a treatment recommendation, a dosing protocol, or a substitute for a validated laboratory method, safety data, institutional review, or qualified professional judgment.
5 // Product and Batch Information
Product descriptions may include identifiers and general research context. Analytical results apply only to the batch identified in the linked report. “Pending” means a public report has not yet been linked; it does not represent a passing or failing result. In the event of a conflict, the vial label, order record, and batch-specific documentation control over general website copy.
6 // Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase under these terms. AFL may accept, reject, limit, cancel, or request additional verification for an order. If AFL cancels an order after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method as required.
7 // Quick Ship and Preorder
“Quick Ship” identifies a presentation recorded as physically in stock when displayed. “Preorder” identifies a presentation that is orderable but not physically in stock. A preorder page will state the estimated dispatch window then supported by available supply information. If AFL cannot ship within the stated time, AFL will communicate the revised timing and available cancellation or refund options consistent with applicable law.
8 // Pricing, Taxes, and Availability
Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. You are responsible for taxes, duties, permits, brokerage, and other charges not collected at checkout. Obvious pricing, inventory, or catalog errors may be corrected, with affected paid orders cancelled and refunded when necessary.
9 // Shipping, Delivery, and Inspection
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk associated with carrier delay, weather, customs, or destination restrictions may affect timing. Inspect shipments promptly. Keep all packaging and contact AFL promptly regarding damage, shortage, incorrect material, or label discrepancy.
10 // Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Contact AFL promptly to request a cancellation or correction. Eligibility depends on payment, fulfillment, shipment status, material integrity, and applicable law. Do not return research material without authorization. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights or refunds required by applicable law.
11 // Research Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
You are solely responsible for method development, hazard assessment, PPE, engineering controls, storage, preparation, labeling, recordkeeping, disposal, and the interpretation of research results. Research materials can present known and unknown hazards. You assume responsibility for consequences arising from possession, handling, transfer, or use after delivery, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
12 // Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and materials are provided on an “as available” basis for their stated research classification. AFL disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited.
13 // Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of research opportunity, or damages arising from prohibited or off-label use. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific material giving rise to the claim, except where a different limit is required by law.
14 // Intellectual Property
The AFL name, logo, site design, product graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Atlas Forged Labs. They may not be copied, altered, republished, or used to imply affiliation without written permission.
15 // Changes and Severability
AFL may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted.
16 // Contact
Questions about these terms, an order, or a cancellation request may be submitted through the Contact page.
