Frequently Asked Questions

SUPPORT FILE // COMMON QUESTIONS

Straight answers about how Atlas Forged Labs classifies, documents, sells, and supports its research materials.

What does “Research Use Only” mean?

AFL materials are supplied exclusively for in vitro laboratory research. They are not offered for use as medicines, food, cosmetics, or veterinary products and are not intended for human or animal administration.

Does AFL provide dosing or administration guidance?

No. AFL does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosing schedules, injection instructions, or human-use protocols.

What is Quick Ship?

Quick Ship means the selected presentation is recorded as physically in stock at AFL and is expected to follow the normal dispatch workflow shown with the order.

What is Preorder?

Preorder means the presentation is orderable but is not physically in stock when the order is placed. The product page displays the current estimated dispatch window. If that timing changes materially, AFL will communicate available delay or cancellation options.

Are preorder estimates guaranteed?

No estimate can eliminate supplier, carrier, weather, customs, or intake delays. AFL posts an estimate only when there is a reasonable basis for it and will provide an update if the expected shipping time changes.

Where are the certificates of analysis?

The COA Library is batch-linked. The first certificates are pending publication and will appear as the corresponding reports are received, reviewed, and connected to the correct product and lot.

What does “COA pending” mean?

It means a public analytical report has not yet been linked to that catalog record. It is not a passing result, a failing result, or a substitute for a certificate. AFL does not display a purity value until supporting documentation is published.

How do I confirm a COA matches my vial?

Compare the batch or lot identifier on the vial and order record with the identifier in the COA Library. Compound name alone is not enough because analytical results are batch-specific.

How should unopened material be stored?

Follow the batch-specific documentation and validated laboratory SOP. Where no more-specific instruction is available, keep the sealed lyophilized vial cold, dry, protected from light, and under documented inventory control. See the Storage Guide.

How should material be prepared?

Use a validated research procedure appropriate to the compound and intended in vitro method. AFL does not publish a universal reconstitution ratio. See Material Preparation.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact AFL promptly with the order number. Requests are reviewed based on the order’s payment and fulfillment status and applicable law. An order that has already entered shipment may not be changeable.

What should I do if an order is damaged or incorrect?

Keep all packaging and labels, photograph the condition, quarantine the material, and contact AFL with the order number, product, batch identifier, and a description of the issue.

How do I contact support?

Use the Contact page. For order questions, include the order number. Do not submit medical histories, treatment details, or other health information; AFL does not need that information to support a research-material order.
